Administration Assistant (Permanent Part time) - The Panelling Centre, Furry Park

Principle Objective
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Administration function providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the branch team. The successful individual coming to fill this position would have great accuracy and organisation skills as this is key to be successful in this role.
Knowledge & Experience
Excellent written and numerical skills
Excellent IT literacy with an ability to efficiently learn new systems
Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
Health and Safety compliance experience
Key Responsibilities
Allocate incoming phone calls appropriately and email inquiries.
Goods inwards, stock to be entered on day of arrival. Filing of paperwork on a daily basis and keeping up to date with sofco queries from accounts payable. Raising credit notes for clients and suppliers daily and processing LPDs for transport network
General office administration duties filling / scanning etc.
Administer petty cash and assist the cash office when needed. Completing lodgements and safe reconciliation.
Health & Safety Awareness - ensure that Company Health & Safety Regulations are strictly adhered to
Maintain a high customer service standard ensuring all customers are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner
Ensure a tidy working environment at all times in line with health and safety guidelines
Actively safeguard against theft of company goods or property by being security conscious at all times
Ensure all company policies are implemented accordingly
