Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and business-savvy BI Analyst to join our data team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering insightful dashboards, reports, and building data models that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. This role bridges the gap between data and strategy, requiring both technical expertise and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Transform data, from many sources, using ETL tools, into efficient and flexible data models.
• Translate business requirements into data models and visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting output
• Optimize and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Support data governance and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with BI tools.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with both relational and denormalized  databases.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst role
• Background in relevant industries, functions, and/or technologies is preferred.
