Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Executive is a varied and wide-ranging role that includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Contribute to creative concept development and campaign storytelling across digital and social channels
Develop engaging social-first content ideas aligned with seasonal campaigns, promotions and brand objectives
Capture and edit short-form video content using tools such as CapCut, ensuring platform-optimised output
Collaborate with internal teams to identify authentic, behind-the-scenes and product-focused content opportunities
Creation of digital media assets which support the overarching marketing communications plan
Implementing and optimising paid advertising campaigns including accurate tracking, tagging and reporting
Monitor website performance and other online channels daily
Maintain and update product content and website information across various platforms
Proactively creating and editing content within campaigns
Creation of relevant blog content to drive engagement and SEO
Create and schedule emails/SMS based on predefined customer contact strategy
Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to promote new products achieving stated KPIs
Liaise with third-party agencies, including design, PR and digital partners
Support the planning and capture of image and video content for digital channels, including social media.
Edit and optimise video and visual assets to deliver high-quality, channel-specific content aligned to audience and platform requirements
Requirements & Key Competencies
Third Level Marketing or Digital Qualification
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role
Proven experience using content management systems such as Shopify or Magento
Experience creating and delivering highly engaging digital content
Experience using Capcut or other video editing software
Experience managing social media accounts, including content planning and scheduling
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Experience in Google analytics, PPC, SEO would be desirable
Demonstrable experience in Google analytics, PPC, SEO
Full driving licence (role includes travel)
Previously worked within an B2B or Retail environment
Keen interest in digital technology
Copywriting/editing and/or photography skills a plus
