Kitchen Sales Administrator - The Panelling Centre, Fixed Term Contract (Galway or Dublin)

Principal Objective
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, the successful candidate will be a member of our growing kitchen support team, collaborating with sales administrators, the after-sales team, service engineers, and the production team, while also engaging directly with sales personnel based in showrooms nationwide.
To coordinate kitchen production, store sales, and deliveries to end-users alongside kitchen sales staff across multiple businesses.
Knowledge & Experience
- An expert understanding of kitchen design and the use of materials.
- Experience in using CAD design software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software.
- The ability to multitask and deliver projects within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Check kitchen plans against sales orders to ensure all required materials are ordered
- Coordinate the delivery of kitchens and related products from start to finish.
- Liaise with branch colleagues and external suppliers/stakeholders to resolve order issues/queries in a timely and pragmatic manner.
- Handle calls from the kitchen sales team, guiding them in product selection, best design practices, and troubleshooting kitchen sales.
- Follow up on delivered kitchen orders to ensure end-user satisfaction.

- Working week Monday to Friday, may be required to take part in the Saturday roster
