Appliance Centre Administrator

As Appliance Centre Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing structured administrative and organisational support to the Sales Manager and the In-House Appliance Centre team. You will help streamline daily operations, coordinate internal processes, and ensure documentation, communication, and workflow are managed efficiently. This position is designed to enable the Sales Manager to focus on customer engagement and sales targets by alleviating administrative pressures.

 

Knowledge & Experience 

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a sales, retail, or logistics environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of internal ERP/CRM systems a plus.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with a focus on detail and accuracy

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate and maintain records of sales data, customer interactions, and supplier communications.
  • Assist with the organisation of customer visits, showrooms, and demonstrations.
  • Manage internal systems for stock tracking, invoicing, order processing, and returns.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for sales performance and product activity.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems in compliance with internal policies.
  • Liaise with other internal departments (purchasing, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth process flow.
  • Monitor and track progress on sales team actions and initiatives.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and general correspondence.
  • Provide support during promotional events and internal reviews.

Contract Type

  • 6- Month Fixed Term Contract
  • Full time 39-hour contract
  • Working Week – 39 hours  - Monday to Saturday (Work 5 days on roster basis)
